Shipping
We ship to the UK and Internationally. Orders are dispatched the next working day excluding Bank Holidays. UK shipping for single cards is Free of Charge and International shipping is £1.50 per card.
Domestic Shipping Options
Standard Delivery - Up to £20 value. Despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Larger items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Service.
Tracked Delivery (UK Mainland) - Over £20 value. Despatched via Royal Mail Signed for service.Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK non-Mainland) - Order would be expected to arrive next working day after dispatch. This is tracked and signed for service.
International Shipping Options
International Standard Service Standard - £1.50 per order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Western Europe: 5 working days
- Eastern Europe: 7 working days,
- Worldwide: 10-14 working days
Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs.
International Signed for - £6 - This service uses the same estimated delivery times as Standard Airmail, but comes with a tracking number allowing for delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is refused by the consumer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Twin Traders in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
- Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Return postage costs for unwanted goods are the responsibility of the cutsomer
- Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out
- Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging and unopened
- Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.
